Application Specialist / CLM Systems Administrator (100% Remote)

Join Darize in a global digital transformation initiative focused on modernizing contract lifecycle management (CLM) processes. You will play a key role in application administration, data migration, system integrations, and user support, working closely with business stakeholders and IT teams in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support the migration of documents and records from legacy platforms into a modern CLM solution.
• Manage data import/export activities and ensure data quality across enterprise systems.
• Configure workflows, user access, notifications, and automated email alerts.
• Provide Level 1, 2, and 3 application support, troubleshoot incidents, and investigate workflow issues.
• Test applications, integrations, and new releases to ensure business continuity.

Requirements

• Experience working with enterprise SaaS applications in an administration, support, or implementation role.
• Hands-on experience with data migration projects and understanding of data structures in SaaS/PaaS environments.
• Experience with Salesforce administration or migration tools such as Salesforce Inspector and Salesforce Data Loader.
• Knowledge of business process configuration and workflow management.
• Very good English communication skills.
