Application Manager (SAP)

Harvey Nash Technology is seeking an experienced Application Manager to oversee HSE and Product Compliance solutions. In this role, you will serve as a key functional expert, bridging the gap between business requirements and IT implementation within a global, fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders and IT, translating complex needs into functional and technical specifications.
• Design, plan, and execute system changes, including hands-on configuration, testing, and documentation for SAP and non-SAP solutions.
• Ensure business continuity by managing incident resolution and acting as a level 3 expert in collaboration with external providers.
• Lead small-scale projects and contribute technical expertise to larger global initiatives, including application lifecycle management.
• Support business change management through the delivery of training sessions and webinars for end-users.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an SAP functional analyst, with a specific focus on Product Compliance or related ERP modules.
• Strong background in HESQ management activities within production environments.
• Ability to assess business needs and produce detailed functional and technical analysis independently.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and service delivery.
• Experience working within IT delivery teams and managing relationships with external IT suppliers.
