Application Manager

Harvey Nash Technology is seeking a dedicated Application Manager to oversee the end-to-end lifecycle and roadmap for a diverse portfolio of applications. You will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical delivery, ensuring operational excellence and continuous improvement across all supported services.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full application lifecycle, including roadmaps, functional changes, and technical upgrades.
• Collaborate directly with business stakeholders to capture requirements, prioritize activities, and report on service outcomes.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external IT suppliers to ensure high-quality delivery of services and support.
• Oversee asset, risk, and license management, while maintaining full ownership of related budgets and contracts.
• Ensure strict adherence to architecture and security standards to maintain business operation continuity.

Requirements

• Proven experience in IT service delivery, IT operation coordination, and change management.
• Strong technical background in desktop, server, or network administration, including software deployment.
• Solid understanding of ITIL processes, asset management, and service modeling.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently, define clear targets, and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
