Application Intake / PMO Analyst

Shimi Sp. z o.o. is seeking an experienced Application Intake / PMO Analyst to support a large-scale migration and transformation program. This role is essential for maintaining application inventory data, coordinating stakeholder inputs, and ensuring the accuracy of project deliverables in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain application inventory records and related data.
• Collect, validate, and update information regarding application ownership, business purpose, dependencies, and migration status.
• Support the application intake process and ensure all required documentation is complete and up to date.
• Track project deliverables, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Monitor progress across the migration workstream and provide status reporting to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure data quality and alignment.

Requirements

• Experience in PMO, Project Coordination, Project Support, Business Analysis, or a similar role.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Experience working with project documentation, reporting, and delivery tracking.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate activities across teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and collaboration/documentation tools.
• Strong communication skills and fluency in English (B2/C1 level).
