Application Consultant – Salesforce

Cyclad is seeking an experienced Application Consultant to join an international team dedicated to developing and operating modern Salesforce CRM solutions. You will play a key role in translating complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions while working within a dynamic, agile environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Salesforce CRM systems, including Sales Cloud, Salesforce Flows, and frontend reporting interfaces.
• Design and implement robust configurations and Apex code following clean architecture principles.
• Manage deployments using GitHub Actions and modern CI/CD practices to ensure system stability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze system interfaces and support data-driven solutions using SQL, SOQL, and SAQL.
• Monitor system performance and participate in incident management to maintain high-quality, scalable solutions.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience working with Salesforce or CRM systems in an agile environment.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Flows, Apex, and CRM Analytics.
• Proficiency in SQL, SOQL, SAQL, and experience with Tableau for data visualization.
• Fluency in both German (minimum B2) and English (minimum B2+) to effectively communicate with international stakeholders.
• At least one active Salesforce certification and a strong understanding of system integration.
