APP Performance Marketing Manager

Secret Escapes is a leading global members-only travel company, dedicated to providing inspiring luxury travel experiences to over 60 million members. We are looking for an APP Performance Marketing Manager to lead our growth strategy, focusing on scaling our app user base through both paid and organic channels in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Take full accountability for app performance metrics, including ROAS, CAC, CPI, and lifetime user value.
• Manage and optimize large-scale marketing budgets across various platforms like Google Ads and Apple Search Ads.
• Lead the App Store Optimization (ASO) roadmap, focusing on keyword strategy and creative experimentation to boost organic installs.
• Collaborate with internal data and brand teams, as well as external partners, to drive innovation and app growth.
• Monitor overall app health, including monthly active users and uninstall rates, to ensure continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in scaling app user bases through diverse marketing channels.
• Proficiency with MMP tools like Branch and a solid understanding of measurement frameworks such as SKAN.
• Strong data fluency with the ability to create insightful analyses and visualizations.
• Proven ability to design and execute impactful A/B tests to drive performance.
• Experience leveraging AI tools for copywriting, creative production, and workflow automation.
