We are looking for an App Operations Manager to join our team and help us empower users to become healthier and happier while driving our mission to become a leader in the Health & Fitness industry.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of company operations and design processes to ensure the business runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Lead projects across feature development and marketing, ensuring clear communication and timely execution.
• Manage freelancers effectively by setting clear expectations and ensuring high-quality outcomes.
• Oversee support operations to maintain consistent standards and ensure swift issue resolution.
• Own the product roadmap by defining, executing, and tracking milestones while translating business goals into technical specifications.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in operations or product management, preferably within the app industry.
• A methodical, precise, and results-oriented approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent command of the English language.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to remain clear and focused under pressure.
