API Integration Designer – Apigee / Google Cloud - Remote

Senovo IT is seeking an experienced API Integration Designer to join a new enterprise integration project focused on Apigee and Google Cloud Platform. This role is fully remote and offers the opportunity to work on complex integration solutions within a professional environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop robust API management solutions using Apigee on GCP.
• Build and maintain API proxies, security configurations, and policies.
• Integrate APIs with various backend systems and external services.
• Define API standards, governance, and industry best practices.
• Support API deployment, monitoring, and performance optimization.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience working with Apigee.
• Strong technical knowledge of Google Cloud Platform services.
• Proficiency in REST, SOAP, OAuth 2.0, JWT, and mTLS protocols.
• Solid understanding of API security principles and integration patterns.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems like Git.
• Strong communication skills in English to collaborate with international teams.
