Ansible Automation Engineer

Experis Manpower Group is seeking a skilled Ansible Automation Engineer to join our team and support the development of robust automation solutions within enterprise environments. You will play a key role in enhancing operational efficiency by building and maintaining advanced automation workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain complex Ansible playbooks, roles, templates, and automation workflows.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning, application deployment, and configuration management processes.
• Support, maintain, and enhance the Ansible Automation Platform (AAP) to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing automation solutions to improve system reliability.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders and Agile teams to deliver high-impact automation initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in IT automation with deep expertise in Ansible.
• Hands-on experience developing complex playbooks and roles using modules, variables, templates, and plugins.
• Strong understanding of infrastructure automation, application deployment, and configuration management principles.
• Proficiency with version control systems like Git and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or Bamboo.
• Ability to work effectively in Agile environments and produce clear, comprehensive technical documentation.
