Anime Illustrator

micro1 is seeking talented Anime Illustrators to contribute specialized knowledge to an advanced annotation project. In this role, you will apply your artistic expertise to help train next-generation AI systems, shaping how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input.

Key responsibilities

• Annotate hand and finger landmarks and keypoints using specific topology guidelines to ensure high accuracy.
• Identify and mark anatomical joints, including wrists, MCP, PIP, DIP, and thumb-specific joints with precision.
• Place landmarks according to defined annotation protocols and strict tolerance thresholds.
• Infer and annotate partially occluded or visually challenging joints by reasoning through complex hand positions.
• Interpret a wide range of hand poses, orientations, and perspectives to maintain consistent quality across image and video data.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of human anatomy and hand structure, specifically within an anime or illustrative context.
• Ability to follow complex technical guidelines and maintain high attention to detail.
• Capacity to work independently and manage annotation tasks with precision.
• Strong visual reasoning skills to interpret challenging poses and occlusions.
