Partyhat is seeking a talented Animator to serve as a Visual Kineticist, responsible for bringing our web ecosystem to life through dynamic motion, pacing, and high-impact visual effects. You will transform flat designs into living, high-energy interactive experiences by applying precise physics and timing to our digital assets.

Key responsibilities

• Design and animate characters, environments, and custom icons while maintaining volumetric integrity and visual energy.
• Execute high-octane visual effects to amplify user milestones and critical interactive touchpoints.
• Collaborate with Frontend Engineers to integrate smooth, reactive micro-animations into web layouts.
• Translate product roadmaps into storyboards and animatics to establish narrative momentum.
• Optimize assets for performance, delivering clean, web-ready files like Lottie or layered image sheets.

Requirements

• Deep mastery of core animation mechanics including timing, squash and stretch, and anticipation.
• A professional showreel demonstrating raw kinetic flow, weight distribution, and visual composition.
• Elite proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Spine 2D, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• High operational autonomy with the ability to manage complex timelines and fast production turnarounds.
• Exceptional responsiveness to support rapid product updates and live campaign pivots.
