Android Developer (Senior/Lead)

Key responsibilities

• Develop and enhance high-quality Android applications using Kotlin and modern frameworks.
• Implement modern user interfaces utilizing Jetpack Compose and maintain robust state management.
• Integrate REST APIs and collaborate effectively with Kafka-based backend services.
• Act as a technical leader for Android initiatives, providing architectural guidance and supporting team growth.
• Ensure high code quality through rigorous testing, code reviews, and the maintenance of CI/CD pipelines.

Requirements

• Over 8 years of professional experience in Android development with deep expertise in Kotlin.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Jetpack Compose, Coroutines, and Flows.
• Strong understanding of REST API integration, event-driven architectures, and asynchronous programming.
• Proven track record in a Tech Lead or Lead Developer capacity, including mentoring and architectural decision-making.
• Excellent communication skills in English, enabling effective collaboration within distributed international teams.
