Amdocs Helix Platform Administrator

Key responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and provide ongoing support for the Amdocs Helix platform.
• Plan and execute platform upgrades, migrations, and patch installations while ensuring minimal service disruption.
• Monitor platform health and performance, conducting root cause analysis to resolve complex application and integration issues.
• Collaborate closely with application, infrastructure, and vendor teams to maintain system integrity.
• Prepare detailed upgrade plans, implementation procedures, and comprehensive technical documentation.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience in platform or application administration.
• Proven hands-on experience with the Amdocs Helix platform, including upgrades and patch management.
• Solid knowledge of Linux/Unix environments, database management, and general application support.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on troubleshooting and problem-solving.
• Familiarity with standard incident, problem, and change management processes.
