Alignment Engineer (Remote)

Intelligent Technical Solutions is seeking a dedicated Alignment Engineer to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing standards and alignment reviews, ensuring that our clients' technical environments are optimized, secure, and fully aligned with our company best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Perform remote standards and alignment reviews to identify technical risks and improvement opportunities.
• Maintain and update client documentation and standards templates to reflect evolving technology and environment changes.
• Collaborate with internal teams and the vCIO to report recommendations and uphold high-quality execution standards.
• Contribute to the maintenance of the ITS Standards Library and participate in the Standards and Alignment Committee.
• Assist in the training, mentoring, and development of staff while maintaining strong client relationships.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT administration or technical support.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, network operating systems, and Microsoft Windows environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a high degree of organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work autonomously and within a team, demonstrating initiative and attention to detail.
• Reliable home office setup including a stable high-speed internet connection, quality headset, and HD webcam.
