AJO Specialist (Adobe Journey Optimizer)

Key responsibilities

• Configure and manage complex multi-channel journeys including email, SMS, push, and in-app messaging.
• Design and implement real-time triggers to ensure seamless orchestration across various touchpoints.
• Integrate RT-CDP audiences into AJO workflows to drive personalized customer experiences.
• Configure offer decisioning, branching logic, and advanced personalization rules.
• Conduct thorough QA and testing of all journeys prior to launch to ensure flawless execution.
• Monitor live journeys and perform continuous optimization based on performance metrics.

Requirements

• Deep technical knowledge of Adobe Journey Optimizer and real-time orchestration principles.
• Proven experience in journey design and the execution of cross-channel marketing campaigns.
• Strong familiarity with RT-CDP audience segmentation and data activation processes.
• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills to resolve issues and improve campaign performance.
