AI/ML Tech Lead (f/m/x)

Sii is seeking an experienced AI/ML Tech Lead to join our innovative team focused on agent engineering. In this fully remote role, you will drive the technical implementation of agent-based projects and lead a talented group of AI/ML engineers to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the AI/ML team and set the technical direction for agent-based projects.
• Take full ownership of the Workflow Compiler development.
• Integrate systems with AgentCore and LangGraph.
• Design and implement the execution framework and maintain consistency in agent patterns.
• Mentor team members and conduct rigorous code reviews.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in software engineering and AI/ML.
• Proficiency in Python and its applications in AI/ML.
• Hands-on experience with LangGraph and agent workflow design.
• Expertise in LLM orchestration, prompt engineering, and prompt evaluation.
• Strong technical leadership, mentoring, and code review skills.
