Key responsibilities

• Lead and execute core 0-to-1 design initiatives within the AI domain.
• Translate high-level strategic vision into concrete, user-centric execution roadmaps.
• Drive rapid implementation from initial prototype to final production.
• Architect scalable design solutions that position the department for rapid growth and future institutional backing.

Requirements

• Proven domain expertise in UI/UX and brand design with a high-agency builder mindset.
• Demonstrated ability to take extreme end-to-end ownership of design projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to work effectively in a fully remote, fast-paced environment.
