AI Tutor - Design Specialist

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate and critique design outputs across various formats, including visual assets, layouts, websites, and interactive prototypes.
• Distinguish between mediocre and excellent design by articulating specific issues regarding functionality and visual resolution.
• Refine, restyle, or recreate design outputs to serve as high-quality benchmarks for model training.
• Write precise, well-reasoned annotations that explain the rationale behind design quality assessments.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to develop evaluation rubrics and datasets that maintain a high standard of design excellence.

Requirements

• Demonstrated design excellence in a professional discipline such as graphic, UI/UX, web, or game design.
• A strong portfolio showcasing finished, high-quality work and a sharp eye for visual fundamentals like typography and composition.
• Ability to evaluate design quality across multiple domains and clearly communicate what works and why.
• Fluency in English with excellent written communication skills for critiques and design rationale.
• High attention to detail and the ability to work effectively from evolving instructions in a fast-paced environment.
