AI Transformation Lead

Itransition is seeking a visionary AI Transformation Lead to act as a strategic partner for our global clients. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business strategy and cutting-edge technology, driving fundamental organizational change through the implementation of AI solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct high-level assessments to identify high-value AI integration opportunities within client projects.
• Lead end-to-end implementation of AI solutions, ensuring successful and scalable production-ready deployments.
• Design role-based learning journeys and training materials to empower teams in their AI adoption journey.
• Champion AI best practices by establishing internal standards and frameworks for high-impact project delivery.
• Evaluate emerging AI tools and methodologies to proactively integrate innovations into our service offerings.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in software engineering, technical leadership, or delivery roles.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional transformation initiatives across diverse business units.
• Strong understanding of AI and GenAI concepts, including LLMs, RAG, and automation use cases.
• Ability to translate complex technical opportunities into prioritized roadmaps and execution plans.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide clear guidance to both business and engineering teams.
