AI tester with German language

TSMG is looking for a dedicated AI Tester to join a project focused on evaluating and improving the safety of an AI agent currently in development. Your primary goal will be to interact with the system to identify potential vulnerabilities, ensuring that the final product does not generate harmful, offensive, or dangerous content for end users.

Key responsibilities

• Generate specific requests and prompts to test the AI agent across various categories.
• Evaluate and classify the responses provided by the AI agent based on established safety guidelines.
• Maintain consistent productivity to meet daily project targets.
• Communicate effectively with your supervisor regarding project progress and findings.

Requirements

• Fluency in German is essential for this role.
• Intermediate proficiency in English for training purposes and team communication.
• Basic technical savviness and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Strong time-management skills and a high level of personal responsibility.
