AI Technical Lead

We are looking for an AI Technical Lead to join our team, where you will have a real impact on our methodology and work on innovative projects for startups and enterprises worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Designing and leading the implementation of production-ready AI solutions, including multi-agent architectures and RAG-based systems.
• Conducting technical discovery and estimation sessions to translate client requirements into robust architecture plans.
• Advising product and tech teams on AI strategy, tool selection, and long-term scalability.
• Ensuring technical excellence, maintaining code quality, and mentoring team members.
• Monitoring the performance and resilience of deployed systems to ensure high quality over time.

Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial experience, with at least 2 years focused on production-level AI projects.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript, Node.js, React, Next.js, and Python.
• Proven experience leading AI projects end-to-end, from scoping to production rollout.
• Solid understanding of RAG architecture, vector databases, LLM integrations, and multi-agent frameworks.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to define architecture and guide cross-functional teams.
