AI Systems Engineering Subject Matter Expert

We are currently seeking an AI Systems Engineering Subject Matter Expert to help design and build a high-level curriculum for experienced engineers transitioning into system architecture roles.

Key responsibilities

• Review and refine the existing program syllabus to ensure it reflects real-world production standards.
• Define clear, actionable learning objectives for each topic to ensure students gain practical skills.
• Produce high-quality educational content using AI-generation tools, ensuring technical accuracy and pedagogical value.
• Design realistic, hands-on projects and exercises tailored for working engineers.
• Collaborate with LX designers to iterate on content based on feedback and ensure a high standard of instruction.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a Senior Systems Engineer with a proven track record of shipping systems at scale.
• Ability to articulate the reasoning behind complex technical decisions rather than just implementation steps.
• Strong technical communication skills with the ability to explain intricate concepts clearly.
• Proficiency in using AI tools for content drafting and iterative development.
• Excellent command of English (C1+) to create content for a US-based audience.
