AI Solutions Specialist (GenAI & AI Agents)

MAGIC COMPASS HOLDINGS is seeking a proactive AI Solutions Specialist to design and build advanced AI-powered workflows and autonomous agents. You will play a key role in enhancing business productivity by developing scalable AI applications that streamline operations across various departments, including Risk Management, Marketing, and Customer Support.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain AI Agents to automate complex business operations and improve decision-making processes.
• Develop monitoring, logging, and observability frameworks to ensure agent safety and performance.
• Build AI applications using modern Large Language Models, RAG, function calling, and multi-agent systems.
• Translate business requirements into practical, scalable AI solutions that integrate with internal systems and third-party platforms.
• Continuously evaluate emerging AI technologies to identify new opportunities for operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in building AI applications, AI Agents, or workflow automation solutions.
• Hands-on experience with leading LLMs such as GPT, Claude, Gemini, or Llama.
• Proficiency in modern AI development tools like Cursor, Claude Code, or similar AI-assisted environments.
• Strong programming skills in Python and practical knowledge of prompt engineering and RAG.
• Experience in integrating AI solutions with APIs and deploying applications into production environments.
