AI Solutions Engineer, EMEA

We are looking for a client-obsessed AI Solutions Engineer to join our team and serve as a trusted technical advisor to our growing base of enterprise customers.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to sophisticated ML and GenAI teams, building strong relationships with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Provide expert guidance on GenAI and ML best practices while delivering impactful product demonstrations.
• Conduct strategic business reviews in partnership with the sales team to drive customer success and account expansion.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to influence the product roadmap based on client goals and feedback.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Data Scientist, Machine Learning Engineer, or Engineer working with ML models and GenAI applications in production.
• Strong proficiency in Python or other programming languages and familiarity with public cloud environments like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Deep understanding of ML/DS lifecycles, model evaluation strategies, and GenAI development concepts.
• Knowledge of machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow and LLM/Agentic frameworks like LangGraph or Llamaindex.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
