Requirements

• Must-Have - 5+ years of experience in AI/ML solution architecture, data science, or software engineering
• Deep understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, vector databases, and MLOps
• Experience with AI agent frameworks (e.g., LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI)
• Proficiency in Python and / or some other programming languages
• Experience in cloud-native AI deployment (AWS/GCP/Azure)

• Strong knowledge of software engineering practices
• Nice-to-Have - Familiarity with AI compliance (GDPR, model governance, explainability)
• Experience integrating AI with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, etc)
• Experience mentoring or leading small teams in AI projects

Responsibilities

• AI Products & Solutions - Design and guide the implementation of AI-driven products, features, and APIs
• Evaluate and select suitable AI/ML models
• Architect scalable AI systems—from experimentation to production deployment
• Collaborate with product managers and business stakeholders to define solution architecture

• AI-Powered Process Automation - Identify business processes that can be optimized or automated using AI agents and orchestration platforms
• Support implementation of intelligent agent-based workflows using frameworks like LangChain, CrewAI, or custom-built stacks
• Integrate AI into internal and external tools to drive operational efficiency

• Software Engineering Workflows with AI - Setup and optimize AI-augmented development environments
• Introduce AI for automated testing, deployment, estimation, and documentation
• Define best practices for using AI safely, securely, and effectively in software delivery
