Key responsibilities

• Analyze, review, and enhance AI-generated technical content to ensure accuracy and alignment with software engineering best practices.
• Create and evaluate prompts designed to guide AI models in producing high-quality technical deliverables.
• Conduct rubric-based assessments of AI model outputs, providing detailed feedback on quality and completeness.
• Draft and edit technical documentation, architecture plans, design specifications, and engineering proposals.
• Perform independent research and fact-checking to validate technical assertions and ensure data-driven accuracy.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional experience in software engineering roles such as Senior Software Engineer, Staff Engineer, or Solutions Architect.
• Proven track record of authoring or reviewing technical artifacts, including documentation, RFCs, and design specifications.
• Exceptional critical thinking, analytical reasoning, and logical problem-solving skills.
• Strong written communication abilities with a commitment to quality assurance in technical outputs.
• Advanced academic credentials or equivalent professional experience are highly regarded.
