Key responsibilities

• Schedule, review, and coordinate social content across YouTube and other social networks.
• Optimize YouTube content with effective titles, thumbnails, metadata, and publishing checks.
• Support community management by monitoring and responding to audience interactions.
• Use AI tools and workflow systems to streamline coordination, research, and documentation.
• Proactively clear dependencies and coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless content delivery.

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media coordination, publishing, or digital operations.
• Practical AI fluency with the ability to critically review and improve AI-generated outputs.
• Strong attention to detail regarding copy, assets, platform requirements, and approval processes.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines.
• Clear written communication and a proactive, high-agency approach to problem-solving.
