AI Security Consultant

Experis Manpower Group is seeking a Senior AI Security Consultant to join an innovative programme focused on the secure adoption and development of AI technologies. You will operate at the intersection of cybersecurity, Generative AI, and AI governance, helping global organizations assess and mitigate risks related to AI-enabled products, platforms, and data ecosystems.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct AI security assessments, risk analyses, and security control validation across AI-enabled applications and enterprise environments.
• Perform secure AI architecture reviews and evaluate security risks associated with GenAI, LLMs, and AI-assisted business processes.
• Support AI application and model security testing to identify vulnerabilities, emerging threats, and potential attack scenarios.
• Translate technical security findings into business risks, actionable recommendations, and remediation plans for diverse stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity, AI, and data teams on AI governance and secure digital transformation initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Cybersecurity, Information Security, AI Security, or related fields.
• Strong expertise in security architecture, cloud security, application security, IAM, and data protection.
• Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts, Generative AI, and LLMs, ideally combined with hands-on cybersecurity experience.
• Knowledge of enterprise security frameworks and standards, with an advantage for experience in AI governance or penetration testing.
