AI Research Lab UI/UX & Brand Designer (100 % remote) (m/f/d)

EWOR is launching cutting-edge new initiatives and is seeking an exceptional UI/UX & Brand Designer to join our new AI Research Lab department. We are backed by serial entrepreneurs who have successfully built high-impact technology ventures and are looking for a builder to help us shape our brand and product identity from the ground up.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and execute core 0-to-1 design initiatives within our AI Research Lab.
• Translate high-level strategic vision into concrete, user-centric design roadmaps.
• Develop and maintain a cohesive brand identity that reflects our innovative approach to AI technology.
• Drive rapid implementation from initial prototypes to final production-ready designs.
• Collaborate closely with engineers and researchers to ensure seamless integration of design and functionality.

Requirements

• Proven experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership of digital products.
• A high-agency builder mindset with the drive to take extreme ownership of design projects.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into intuitive and visually compelling user interfaces.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments where rapid iteration is key.
