AI Research Engineer (Agentic Post-training) - 100% Remote Worldwide

We are looking for an AI Research Engineer to join our team and drive advancements in agentic post-training, focusing on models that can reason, plan, and autonomously utilize tools to solve complex, multi-step tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct end-to-end research and engineering to advance post-training of agentic and tool-use models.
• Design and enhance large-scale post-training systems, including data pipelines and evaluation frameworks.
• Drive improvements in instruction adherence, tool use, multi-agent coordination, and reasoning calibration.
• Develop rigorous evaluation suites and diagnostic tools to assess model readiness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate agentic capabilities into production-ready model releases.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field, with an advanced degree preferred.
• Strong experience with multimodal post-training workflows and data pipelines for agentic systems.
• Hands-on experience applying post-training at scale using distributed training frameworks.
• Proven track record of improving model capabilities in reasoning and tool use.
• Active contributions to open-source projects or publications at leading AI conferences.
