AI Quality Control Specialist - French Language

TrustScale is seeking a detail-oriented AI Quality Control Specialist to join our team in a fully remote capacity. In this role, you will play a critical part in evaluating and refining AI-generated content in French, ensuring that our models meet the highest standards of accuracy, utility, and linguistic quality.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated content in French across various task types, including annotation, review, and validation.
• Assess content based on factual correctness, user intent alignment, and linguistic fluency.
• Identify and flag hallucinations, logical inconsistencies, and cultural or linguistic mismatches.
• Provide structured, actionable feedback to improve upstream quality and contribute to guideline refinement.
• Support calibration efforts to ensure consistent scoring and quality standards across teams.

Requirements

• Professional proficiency in French and a strong command of English.
• Highly analytical mindset with exceptional critical thinking and investigative skills.
• Ability to work effectively with ambiguous and evolving guidelines.
• Strong attention to detail with the capacity to maintain consistency at scale.
• Background in journalism, editorial work, linguistics, translation, or AI data evaluation.
