About your future role

As a Project Manager, you’ll work at the intersection of product, delivery, and client collaboration. This role is for someone who wants to shape decisions, not just coordinate execution. Supported by an experienced PM team, you’ll gradually take ownership of your own areas while acting as a trusted advisor to clients - helping define product direction, approach AI innovation, and measure success.

Depending on the project, your responsibilities may include elements of Business Analysis, Product Management, Scrum facilitation, and discovery work. You’ll also have the opportunity to contribute to AI adoption at the organizational level and, over time, specialize in one of these paths based on your strengths and interests.

Your responsibilities

• Lead innovative AI projects that leverage Agentic Engineering end-to-end - from discovery through delivery and optimization.

• Translate business needs into clear product strategies, roadmaps, and sprint plans.

• Facilitate discovery phases and Design Sprints to define high-impact AI solutions.

• Manage stakeholders across cross-functional, international teams and ensure clear communication.

• Own project governance, including risk management, budget control, and reporting.

• Support clients in understanding AI capabilities, trade-offs, and business impact.

• Contribute to internal AI Consulting and Training initiatives by sharing knowledge and improving methodologies.

Are we a match?

• High level of ownership, independence, and self-organization.

• 4+ years of experience in Project Management, Product Management, or a related role in software development.

• Hands-on experience delivering AI projects, with ownership over outcomes (not only coordination).

• Experience working across the full product lifecycle - from discovery and scoping to delivery and evaluation.

• Practical understanding of agentic AI systems (e.g. multi-agent architectures, orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGen, MCP).

• Strong understanding of Agile software development (theory and practice).

• Experience facilitating workshops such as Design Sprint or Discovery phases.

• Confidence in working with data and communicating trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders.

• Strong communication skills and fluent English and Polish (B2+/C1).

• Assertiveness and negotiation skills.

• Experience using AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, NotebookLM, Others) in day-to-day work, and a strong willingness to work with AI-driven products.

Nice to have

• Leadership skills - ability, or willingness, to generate impact and lead - a small project, or a significant part of the company.

• Exposure to projects involving AI solutions, especially multi-agentic systems.

• Agile/Scrum certification (PMI-ACP, PSM, CSM, SAFe, or equivalent).

• Experience in consulting or managing multiple client engagements simultaneously.

• Background in business analysis or change management.

• Familiarity with lean management tools.
