AI Project Manager

We are currently seeking a hands-on AI Project Manager to optimize our content production and growth marketing operations through innovative automation and AI-driven workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Architect, prototype, and scale end-to-end AI-assisted workflows for content production and asset localization.
• Configure and maintain interactive growth funnel assembly lines using modern no-code tools.
• Deploy and optimize practical AI pipelines across CRM systems, creative generation, and messaging channels.
• Audit legacy production workflows and simplify complex, manual processes into lean, repeatable steps.
• Evaluate, integrate, and manage our ecosystem of no-code platforms and generative AI interfaces.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in project management or growth operations, specifically handling high-volume delivery pipelines.
• Demonstrated capability to independently build and deploy complex workflow automations using platforms like n8n, Make, or Zapier.
• Direct proficiency in engineering prompts and structuring workflows using foundational models to solve operational friction.
• Proven track record of re-engineering unorganized, manual workflows into clear, streamlined processes.
• Strong communication skills with a history of aligning creative and analytical teams.
