AI Project Manager

Craftware is a technology company of over 500 experts, empowering large organizations to solve complex business challenges with modern IT solutions. We are looking for an AI Project Manager to lead the design, planning, development, and delivery of AI solutions, with a focus on agentic systems, across global Pharma Commercial projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end AI projects from initial concept through to deployment and implementation.
• Coordinate the design and delivery of AI and agentic solutions addressing specific business challenges.
• Translate business needs into clear project objectives, requirements, and success criteria.
• Work closely with AI Engineers, Data Scientists, and business stakeholders to ensure effective cross-functional delivery.
• Manage project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and priorities across multiple AI initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven experience in project management within technology, data, or AI-driven digital transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, LLMs, and agentic AI systems.
• Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects involving diverse technical and business stakeholders.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage risks and timelines effectively.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools such as Azure DevOps.
