AI Program Coordinator / PMO (AI)

We are looking for an AI Program Coordinator / PMO (AI) to join our team and help us unlock the potential of artificial intelligence across our business initiatives by bridging the gap between business needs and operational execution.

Key responsibilities

• Gathering and structuring requirements from business teams for AI solution pilots.
• Managing pilot schedules, tracking dependencies, and preparing recommendations for implementation.
• Maintaining the internal AI Hub, documenting best practices, and managing approved AI tool lists.
• Coordinating AI-related internal communication and facilitating the Weekly AI format.
• Supporting AI governance by administering access rights and reporting on budget utilization.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in project coordination, PMO, or business analysis in a tech or e-commerce environment.
• Proficiency in managing multiple parallel workstreams and preparing concise reports for management.
• Practical experience with AI tools like Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or Claude.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in Excel or Power BI and familiarity with Jira or Confluence.
• Excellent communication skills in both Polish and English (B2+/C1).
• Ability to bring structure to unstructured areas and drive initiatives to completion.
