AI Product Manager

Key responsibilities

• Lead innovative AI projects leveraging Agentic Engineering from discovery through delivery.
• Translate complex business needs into clear product strategies, roadmaps, and sprint plans.
• Facilitate discovery phases and Design Sprints to define high-impact AI solutions.
• Manage stakeholders across cross-functional teams and ensure clear project governance.
• Support clients in understanding AI capabilities, trade-offs, and business impact.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Product or Project Management within software development.
• Hands-on experience delivering AI projects with ownership over outcomes.
• Practical understanding of agentic AI systems and orchestration frameworks.
• Strong communication skills and fluency in English and Polish.
• Experience using AI tools in day-to-day work and a willingness to drive AI-driven products.
