AI Product Engineer

4soft is a team of passionate technologists with over a decade of experience in building digital products, particularly within the blockchain sector. We are currently looking for an AI Product Engineer to join our team and help develop innovative AI-powered tools that assist compliance teams in investigating crypto transactions with greater speed and confidence.

Key responsibilities

• Building and maintaining AI-powered features and agentic workflows using frameworks like LangChain and LangGraph.
• Designing prompts, tool integrations, and retrieval pipelines to transform complex blockchain data into actionable insights.
• Ensuring the performance and reliability of AI systems by running evaluations and balancing cost, latency, and quality.
• Developing backend services, APIs, and event-driven systems using TypeScript and Node.js.
• Collaborating with product managers and domain experts to take features from prototype to production.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of software engineering experience, including 1-2 years of production work with LLM-powered features.
• Practical knowledge of LLM frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or LlamaIndex.
• Strong backend development skills in TypeScript and Node.js with solid API design experience.
• Experience evaluating LLM outputs and using observability tools like LangSmith or Langfuse.
• Proficiency in English at C1 level and Polish at B2 level for effective team collaboration.
