AI-Native Software Engineer

We are seeking an experienced AI-Native Software Engineer to design, implement, and maintain AI infrastructure, enabling our development teams to utilize AI agents in a controlled, repeatable, and efficient manner.

Key responsibilities

• Develop high-quality applications as a core member of our project teams.
• Design and maintain AI infrastructure, including agent configuration, architecture guidelines, coding conventions, and custom skill integrations.
• Create complex multi-step workflows involving AI agents, such as orchestration, subagents, and human-in-the-loop approval processes.
• Assess the quality of AI-generated code and iteratively refine agent configurations to improve outcomes.
• Establish and maintain standards for AI-assisted development across evolving project needs.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of commercial software development experience, with a strong background in full-stack development and architecture.
• Advanced proficiency in Git, CI/CD processes, and automated testing.
• Hands-on experience working daily with coding agents like Claude Code, Codex CLI, or Cursor.
• Proven ability to build AI infrastructure, including MCP integrations, agent permissions, and advanced patterns like loops and graphs.
• Strong analytical skills to identify low-quality AI output and implement effective configuration improvements.
