AI-native Senior Software Engineer

Grupa OLX is looking for an AI-native Senior Software Engineer to join our cross-functional teams in Motors, Real Estate, or Platforms. You will work within a large-scale tech environment, leveraging modern AI workflows to build and maintain high-impact, scalable microservices while modernizing our existing systems.

Key responsibilities

• Apply context pipeline discipline to ensure AI agents produce reliable, mergeable code within our codebase.
• Write agent-actionable task specifications and maintain an agent-ready codebase with comprehensive test suites.
• Lead the delivery of complex technical initiatives, managing cross-team dependencies and navigating ambiguity.
• Mentor team members and contribute to the AI Champion community by sharing effective agentic workflows.
• Uphold high standards for API design, database schemas, and CI/CD quality while managing technical debt.

Requirements

• Expertise in agentic workflows and context engineering, including model routing and multi-agent orchestration.
• Strong technical depth in Golang and Kotlin, with the ability to work with PHP.
• Proven experience with large-scale web applications, AWS cloud architecture, and infrastructure as code.
• Product-minded approach with the ability to articulate technical decisions through a cost/value lens.
• Commitment to the 'you build it, you run it, you own it' philosophy, taking full accountability for AI-generated code.
