AI-Native Product Manager

We are seeking an experienced, AI-native Product Manager to own and accelerate our institutional trading roadmap, working at the intersection of trading operations, product strategy, and engineering.

Key responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap for trading and derivatives infrastructure.
• Translate complex trading and risk requirements into scalable product capabilities.
• Partner with institutional clients to understand workflows and pain points.
• Collaborate with engineering and business teams to deliver robust trading solutions.
• Create clear product requirements, technical specifications, and functional prototypes.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in trading, risk management, derivatives, or trading infrastructure.
• Deep understanding of market mechanics, hedging, liquidity, and exposure.
• Proven ability to use AI tools to accelerate research, prototyping, and documentation.
• Strong systems thinking with the ability to translate ambiguity into clear product direction.
• Experience with FX, equities, futures, options, commodities, or crypto markets.
