AI-native Product Manager

ShortPoint is a design software company dedicated to helping teams build beautiful intranet sites within Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams. We are a remote-first, globally distributed team seeking a meticulous and technically grounded AI-native Product Manager to join our product team and help drive our product engine with precision and a strong design sensibility.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day product execution, including meeting facilitation, backlog grooming, and release tracking.
• Write detailed, unambiguous user stories and acceptance criteria to keep the development backlog sprint-ready.
• Track release progress across engineering and QA teams while proactively communicating status, risks, and timelines to stakeholders.
• Create wireframes and mockups using modern AI design tools to ensure the product remains intuitive and polished.
• Utilize AI tools to analyze data, identify process gaps, and resolve operational bottlenecks.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on product management experience within B2B SaaS environments.
• Advanced proficiency with agile tracking tools like Linear, GitHub, and AI-powered assistants such as Claude.
• Strong design literacy with a proven ability to produce high-quality mockups using AI-assisted workflows.
• Solid technical foundation with the ability to engage in meaningful discussions regarding APIs, web architecture, and development processes.
• Familiarity with the Microsoft 365 or SharePoint ecosystem is considered a significant advantage.
