AI-Native Engineer (.NET)

Itransition is looking for an experienced AI-Native Engineer who views artificial intelligence as a core component of software architecture. You will join a team focused on solving complex business problems by integrating AI seamlessly into the development lifecycle, ensuring high-quality, scalable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy innovative AI-driven solutions using the .NET ecosystem.
• Lead the implementation of business-critical features powered by advanced AI models.
• Manage the full AI software development lifecycle, including solution architecture, prompt engineering, model integration, and deployment.
• Build and maintain robust REST APIs and backend services while adhering to software engineering best practices.
• Stay at the forefront of technological advancements in both .NET and AI to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Over 5 years of professional development experience with a strong focus on .NET.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET Core, and ASP.NET Core.
• Proven experience in implementing AI software development lifecycles for at least one year.
• Hands-on experience with prompt engineering, model integration, and monitoring AI performance.
• Strong understanding of database systems, ORM frameworks, and architectural design patterns.
• Professional proficiency in English to effectively collaborate on technical project aspects.
