AI / LLM Ops Engineer

Agentica is an AI automation startup that designs and deploys custom AI products and agents for B2B clients worldwide. We are looking for an AI / LLM Ops Engineer to build production-ready AI systems that automate complex business processes across various high-friction areas.

Key responsibilities

• Own client AI projects end to end, from scoping through delivery.
• Build and maintain AI agents and orchestration flows using Python, LangChain, and LangGraph.
• Design and operate chatbot engines, including session handling, persistence, and state management.
• Develop and improve RAG systems, covering ingestion, chunking, embeddings, and retrieval.
• Develop autonomous automations that run without human intervention, such as scheduled report generation and data processing.
• Monitor LLM-powered services in production to ensure optimal latency, costs, and output quality.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Python as your primary programming language.
• Practical experience building AI agents with LangChain or LangGraph.
• Hands-on experience with RAG systems and chatbot engine development.
• Familiarity with autonomous, unattended AI workflows and open-source model deployment.
• Strong sense of ownership and the ability to write clean, maintainable code.
• Comfortable working with Git, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
