EWOR is launching cutting-edge new initiatives and is seeking an exceptional AI Infrastructure UI/UX & Brand Designer to join their new department. You will work alongside a world-class team backed by successful serial entrepreneurs to build high-impact technology from the ground up.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and execute core 0-to-1 design initiatives within the AI Infrastructure domain.
• Translate high-level strategic vision into concrete execution roadmaps, driving rapid implementation from prototype to production.
• Architect scalable UI/UX solutions and define the brand identity to position the department for rapid growth.
• Drive critical milestones to prepare the venture for institutional backing and potential spin-off.

Requirements

• Proven domain expertise in UI/UX design with a high-agency builder mindset.
• Demonstrated ability to take extreme end-to-end ownership of design projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment focused on rapid execution and market validation.
