AI Infrastructure Engineer

4soft is a team of passionate technologists with over a decade of experience in building digital products, currently seeking an AI Infrastructure Engineer to join a brand-new AI Platform team. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the foundational infrastructure that powers next-generation, AI-driven crypto compliance products.

Key responsibilities

• Building and maintaining core AI platform components, including model serving infrastructure, prompt pipelines, and evaluation suites.
• Supporting the development of agentic workflows, orchestration scaffolding, and reliability mechanisms for autonomous AI capabilities.
• Instrumenting AI systems for observability by monitoring token costs, latency, and quality signals to ensure production health.
• Designing frameworks for versioning and testing prompts to raise the baseline quality of AI interactions across the organization.
• Collaborating with domain teams to understand their integration needs and providing robust platform foundations.

Requirements

• Practical experience building with LLMs or ML systems and a solid understanding of software engineering fundamentals.
• Deep knowledge of context windows, context rot, and compaction in the context of agentic workflows.
• Experience in API integration, data pipeline development, model evaluation, or observability tooling.
• Familiarity with AI protocols and a genuine enthusiasm for keeping up with emerging industry trends.
• Strong communication skills in English for international collaboration and Polish for team interaction.
