Key responsibilities

• Lead and execute core 0-to-1 initiatives within the AI Infrastructure domain.
• Translate high-level strategic vision into concrete execution roadmaps, moving rapidly from prototype to production.
• Architect scalable technical solutions and drive critical milestones to position the department for rapid growth.
• Collaborate closely with leadership to prepare initiatives for potential spin-offs and institutional backing.

Requirements

• Proven domain expertise in AI infrastructure with a high-agency builder mindset.
• Demonstrated ability to take extreme end-to-end ownership of complex technical projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, autonomous environment.
