AI Growth Marketing Lead

Go Vocal is a gov-tech SaaS scale-up reshaping digital democracy by empowering citizens to participate in local decision-making. We are looking for an AI Growth Marketing Lead to own our qualified pipeline and build an experimentation engine that leverages automation and AI to scale our impact.

Key responsibilities

• Own the growth marketing vertical and the qualified pipeline KPI by proactively testing and scaling demand generation.
• Lead the implementation of automations, agents, and AI enrichment to optimize our funnel and nurturing systems.
• Manage content distribution, partnerships, ABM, and SEO while overseeing paid ad campaigns.
• Execute CRO, A/B tests, and technical SEO improvements directly on our website to drive conversion.
• Develop automated reporting systems that provide actionable insights for leadership and the sales team.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a growth marketer with a generalist mindset across the entire funnel.
• Strong technical proficiency in building with AI tools such as n8n, Make, Zapier, Claude, or Clay.
• Demonstrated ability to ship growth experiments end-to-end from hypothesis to execution.
• Hands-on experience with CRM systems, GA4, Ahrefs, and CMS platforms like Webflow.
• Passion for civic engagement and the mission of building public trust through technology.
