AI-First Google Ads Expert

Monsoon is an award-winning digital marketing agency helping international brands grow across Europe. We are looking for a senior Google Ads expert who adopts an AI-first approach to analyze, optimize, and scale performance for our diverse client portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, build, and scale Google Ads campaigns across Search, Performance Max, Shopping, Display, and YouTube.
• Manage budgets across multiple markets to deliver against agreed CPA, ROAS, and CPL targets.
• Build and maintain complex product feeds to ensure optimal performance for Shopping and PMax campaigns.
• Set up and troubleshoot advanced conversion tracking, including GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Consent Mode.
• Report on performance and translate data into clear, actionable recommendations for clients.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience managing large, complex Google Ads account structures.
• Proven ability to use AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or custom scripts to automate tasks and analyze data.
• Strong technical skills in building and optimizing product feeds using DataFeedWatch and Google Merchant Center.
• Fluent English (C1) for daily communication and client-facing calls.
• Solid understanding of e-commerce platforms such as Shopify and WooCommerce.
