AI Engineer/AI Architect

RITS Group is a rapidly growing IT company providing high-quality software development services for international markets. We are currently seeking an experienced AI Engineer or AI Architect to join our team and contribute to innovative, scalable, and intelligent software solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain AI-powered applications, intelligent agents, and multi-agent orchestration workflows.
• Build and optimize agent orchestration frameworks using tools like LangGraph, LangChain, or Deep Agents.
• Develop and integrate LLM-powered solutions, including AI assistants and agentic workflows.
• Design and implement optimized RAG pipelines, including data retrieval and context management.
• Define solution architecture and technical standards based on DDD and EDA principles for the Architect role.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of experience for the AI Engineer role or 10+ years for the AI Architect role in software engineering.
• Strong hands-on programming skills in Python with a focus on production-ready software.
• Proven experience building multi-agent workflows and orchestration layers.
• Practical knowledge of integrating LLMs and designing Retrieval-Augmented Generation pipelines.
• Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure, Azure OpenAI, Docker, and CI/CD tools.
