AI Engineer with French

Link Group is seeking a skilled AI Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of advanced Generative AI solutions. You will play a key role in designing, building, and industrializing AI agents and RAG services while collaborating with international teams in both English and French.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build end-to-end GenAI applications, specialized AI agents, and custom RAG services tailored to complex business needs.
• Integrate modern Large Language Models and vector databases into existing system architectures via RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Manage the transition from Proof of Concept and prototype stages to reliable, scalable, production-ready enterprise solutions.
• Establish and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines for deployment, testing, monitoring, and performance evaluation of AI workflows.
• Collaborate with international product teams and stakeholders, communicating fluently in both English and French.

Requirements

• Professional proficiency in French (minimum B2, C1/C2 preferred) and English (B2/C1+).
• Proven experience as an AI Engineer, Machine Learning Engineer, or Software Engineer with a focus on Generative AI.
• Deep hands-on experience building RAG architectures, enterprise assistants, and multi-agent systems using frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex.
• Strong API design and integration skills using Python, FastAPI, or Node.js.
• Hands-on experience with modern CI/CD tooling such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Docker, and Kubernetes.
